36 Unit Apartment

Project Overview

36 apartments divided into 3 buildings, each unit had its own electrical panel to power in unit washer/dryer, heating and cooling appliances, kitchen area including an electric oven. The common spaces of the buildings required emergency lighting and fire detection. Each building required a 800 Amp Main electrical service.

Challenges

Each unit need to receive a feeder wire from the main electrical service. These wires can be substantial in size so it was important to have detail route to minimize taking up valuable living space for additonal bulkheads.
